What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement therapeutic plans for 8‑12 clients focusing on data‑driven decisions and clinical excellence
- 2Supervise RBTs during sessions emphasizing skill‑building and collaborative feedback
- 3Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide individualized programming aligned with client goals
- 4Collaborate with schools physicians and community providers to coordinate care and support
- 5Lead weekly case reviews and provide mentorship fostering professional development
- 6Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- 7Participate in peer reviews and contribute to research initiatives when desired
- 8Manage caseload logistics including scheduling flexible sessions and supporting staff workload balance
- 9Drive process improvements to streamline operations while preserving high quality of care
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
- 23-5 seasons leading supervised teams in clinical settings
- 3Active BCBA certification and completion of supervision training
- 4Proven ability to manage complex behaviors and develop intervention strategies
- 5Strong communication skills with ability to articulate outcomes clearly
- 6Reliable driver and valid license for client site visits
- 7Background check clearance and willingness to undergo reference verification
