- 5Master's degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
- 6Proven ability to influence clinical decisions
- 7Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- 8Experience with grant writing and funding acquisition
- 9Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting
- 10Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards
