Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building neurodiversity-focused programs with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's degree in human services or related field
- 3Current BCBA certification required
- 4Proficiency in Python and React for custom tool development
- 5Experience with AWS and Kubernetes for scalable systems architecture
- 6Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team mentorship and supervision
