Requirements11
- 1Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science Medical Technology Biology Chemistry or related field
- 2Minimum five years of clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist Medical Laboratory Scientist or Laboratory Technician
- 3Leadership experience such as previous Lead Senior Technologist or Supervisory roles preferred
- 4ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- 5Strong knowledge of Blood Bank operations and regulatory requirements including CLIA CAP and state regulations
- 6Experience with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- 7Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- 8Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- 9Ability to meet physical demands of a clinical laboratory setting
