What You'll Do11
- 1Test and inspect medical equipment to verify accuracy sensitivity and selectivity
- 2Assemble clean calibrate troubleshoot and repair infusion pumps patient monitors ventilators hospital beds and bariatric beds
- 3Diagnose equipment issues and perform efficient repairs while meeting safety standards
- 4Complete manufacturer training and certifications to maintain technical expertise
- 5Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and maintenance
- 6Deliver install set up troubleshoot and diagnose equipment at healthcare facilities
- 7Build professional relationships with hospital staff through exceptional customer service
- 8Interface with hospital systems and customers to ensure equipment functionality
- 9Prepare medical equipment for inventory and future deployment
- 10Maintain a clean organized safe work environment following company policies
- 11Support rental operations with additional tasks as needed
Requirements11
- 1Associate degree in Electronics Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field
- 24-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining medical equipment
- 3Strong knowledge of diagnostics repair techniques calibration and preventative maintenance
- 4Ability to read schematics technical manuals and safety documentation
- 5Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- 6Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- 7Professional appearance clear communication and customer service skills
- 8Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
- 9Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- 10Fluent English reading writing and speaking
- 11Flexibility for overtime as required
