What You'll Do11

- 3Read and interpret job tickets layouts and production specifications
- 4Measure verify folds cuts page order alignment and finished dimensions
- 5Inspect work throughout production to ensure quality standards
- 6Troubleshoot machine and process issues and make necessary adjustments
- 7Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines
- 8Record production counts waste and completed work
- 9Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and functional
- 10Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized work area
- 11Communicate production issues quality concerns or delays to bindery leadership
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience
- 3Foil stamping die cutting and gluing
- 4Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a bindery operator in commercial printing
- 5Strong working knowledge of bindery equipment and finishing processes
- 6Ability to read and understand job tickets and production specifications
- 7High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- 8Reliable attendance
- 9Preferred experience with high-end finishing specialty print or packaging
- 10Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- 11Experience working with tight tolerances and premium substrates
