Overview
The Bell Person will own guest arrival and departure assistance at scale, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience for guests. This role supports front desk operations and contributes to the overall impression of the hotel. You will collaborate with the front office team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean, orderly lobby and front areas.
What You'll Do10
- 1Escort incoming guests to rooms and assist with luggage
- 2Page guests in lobby, dining rooms, or other areas and deliver messages
- 3Maintain the courtesy van including washing, cleaning, and fueling
- 4Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and adequately supplied
- 5Explain room features and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- 6Maintain the lobby and front areas in a clean and tidy manner
- 7Raise, lower, and handle the American flag properly
- 8Support monthly front office meetings and participate actively
- 9Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
- 10Other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in hospitality, guest services, or related customer-facing roles preferred
- 3Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- 4Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- 5Physical stamina to handle luggage and outdoor tasks
