What You'll Do10
- 1Build warm welcomes for arriving guests and escort them to suites
- 2Transport luggage and items between vehicles, suites, and storage areas
- 3Escort guests to suites and orient them to resort services
- 4Visually inspect suites and report deficiencies to appropriate teams
- 5Answer guest questions and manage bell desk communications to help guests plan their stay
- 6Support daily resort operations with tasks such as laundry pickup and delivery and cart maintenance
- 7Maintain professional appearance and adhere to service standards throughout shifts
- 8Assist with additional duties as assigned by Front Office Supervisors or Managers
- 9Provide recommendations on local dining, activities, and attractions
- 10Utilize knowledge of resort amenities to enhance guest experiences
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory
- 3Clean motor vehicle record required for safety sensitive position
- 4Ability to stand and walk throughout the resort for extended periods
- 5Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds
- 6Clear, professional communication skills in English
- 7Ability to learn and consistently deliver service standards
- 8Safe and courteous interaction with guests and colleagues
- 9Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied hours
- 10Outdoor work in warm desert conditions
