- 1Supervise bellpersons doorpersons and drivers while performing daily responsibilities in accordance with guest service and sustainability standards
- 2Select train schedule coach and support associates ensuring performance aligned with brand standards and HHM core values
- 3Drive guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- 4Maintain security of accurate records for all guest room keys issued to bell and door staff
- 5Accommodate guest requests accurately and efficiently
- 6Coordinate group luggage requirements
- 7Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment supplies
- 8Document pertinent information in the log book daily
- 9Load and unload luggage carts
- 10Tag and store luggage
- 11Escort guests to hotel rooms
- 12Provide overview of guest room hotel services and amenities
- 13Make deliveries to guest rooms
- 14Assist guest with room changes
- 15Practice safe work habits wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- 16Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements14
- 1High School diploma preferred
- 2Previous experience working in a related function in a hotel required
