Overview
The Bell/Valet Attendant will deliver excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests and providing personalized service. This role requires maintaining bell carts through cleaning and routine maintenance while collaborating with Engineering. Guests expect friendly interactions and efficient handling of requests.

- 5Deliver parcels mail and special deliveries to guestrooms
- 6Keep bell storage closet clean and organized
- 7Follow up on guest complaints to resolve issues
- 8Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction
- 9Utilize bell carts effectively and with caution
- 10Ensure lobby presence during shifts and direct guests appropriately
- 11Call taxis or shuttles for guests as needed
- 12Retrieve and load luggage for guests
- 13Notify front desk about VIP arrivals
- 14Engage guests and provide directions when possible
- 15Train new bell staff on hotel procedures
- 16Maintain daily bell log for arrivals and departures
- 17Send daily emails with shift information
- 18Inventory radios door stops and bell carts
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high-profile events and peak periods
- 35+ years experience with luxury hotel operations
- 4Ability to stand for full scheduled shifts
- 5Customer service orientation with multitasking and detail focus
- 6Effective communication skills in English
- 7Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
