What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests, visitors, and patrons with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- 2Deliver guest luggage to rooms promptly, handling items with care.
- 3Retrieve guest vehicles and park them safely in designated areas.
- 4Obtain taxi cabs and coordinate transportation for guests.
- 5Deliver laundry and newspapers to guest rooms as requested.
- 6Maintain a clean, neat, and presentable front entrance at all times.
- 7Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any special needs.
- 8Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- 9Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.
Requirements7
- 1Previous valet experience in a high-end hotel environment.
- 2Clean driving record and ability to drive manual transmission.
- 3Must be 21+ years old for insurance purposes.
- 4Ability to walk up and down stairs, carry luggage, and push bell carts.
- 5Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
