What You'll Do11
- 1Implement ABA treatment plans as directed by supervising BCBA
- 2Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home school and community settings
- 3Apply positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition
- 4Accurately document client progress throughout each session
- 5Monitor behavioral changes and report findings to BCBA
- 6Assist in preparing progress reports and attending team meetings

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license and ability to transport
- 4RBT certification preferred
- 53-5 years experience working with children with special needs
- 6Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 7Ability to work independently and within a team
- 8Excellent organization and attention to detail
- 9Commitment to daily attendance and reliability
