What You'll Do9
- 1Provide 1:1 ABA interventions in diverse settings including homes schools and communities
- 2Design and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- 3Document session data accurately using intuitive digital tools
- 4Develop communication and social skills through evidence-based strategies
- 5Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
- 6Participate in weekly clinical consultations for guidance and feedback
- 7Support family members in understanding and reinforcing therapeutic goals
- 8Contribute to team initiatives that enhance client outcomes
- 9Pursue professional development through continuing education opportunities
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 3Availability for weekday afternoon/evening shifts
- 4Passion for autism service delivery
- 5RBT credential or minimum six months ABA experience preferred
- 6Bilingual communication abilities
- 7Commitment to collaborative team environment
- 8Ability to commit to flexible scheduling arrangements
