What You'll Do5
- 1Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions based on each client`s treatment and behavior plan
- 2Build positive trusting relationships with clients and their families
- 3Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising BCBA
- 4Accurately collect session data and communicate notable findings to the clinical team
- 5Maintain professionalism reliability and flexibility across a diverse caseload
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Ability to work with young children and individuals with special needs including physical engagement during sessions
- 4Reliable punctual and committed to scheduled hours
- 5Bachelor`s degree in Psychology Education Special Education or a related field
- 61+ year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- 7Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Mandarin Spanish Haitian Creole and other languages
