Behavior Technician, After School ABA for Kids & Home-Based Learning
Overview
Lead one-on-one sessions with children who have autism or developmental delays in home settings to build communication and life skills. You will collect data, track progress, and document meaningful improvements during each session. You’ll work with families to ensure therapy carries into daily life, guided by experienced BCBAs. This role blends hands-on coaching with ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities.

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma and one ABA-related course recommended
- 2Experience in education or autism-related field recommended
- 3Ability to work hands-on with children
- 4Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms training provided
- 5Familiarity with data collection software training provided
- 6Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families
- 7Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan and asks questions when needed
