What You'll Do5
- 1Build data-driven ABA plans and track progress on client goals.
- 2Design and implement clinic-based activities to support early learning and communication goals.
- 3Collaborate with the treatment team to share progress updates with families and guardians.
- 4Deliver direct 1:1 and small-group instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- 5Support planning and preparation for group activities and treatment sessions.
Requirements7
- 1Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3Successful background clearance.
- 4Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or human services (preferred).
- 5Experience working with people with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- 6Enthusiasm for working with children (preferred).
- 7Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the BACB (preferred).
