What You'll Do10
- 1Build data collection and progress tracking in collaboration with supervising BCBA
- 2Implement ABA interventions as determined by the BCBA and document outcomes
- 3Collect ongoing and detailed data to monitor client progress
- 4Follow the BIP and all programming developed by the BCBA
- 5Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical billing practices
- 6Communicate regularly with team members and families while upholding ethical boundaries
- 7Provide services in home, daycare, school, community, or clinic settings
- 8Utilize online scheduling and data collection platforms
- 9Attend required meetings and training
- 10Maintain consistency with company policies and procedures
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2Must complete 40+ hours of training to receive Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- 3Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- 4Basic technology skills to operate a tablet, join virtual meetings, and log into apps
- 5Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform activities involving fine and gross motor skills
- 6Ability to respond swiftly and engage in rapid movement to ensure safety
- 7Preferred experience working with children and individuals with disabilities
- 8Good written and verbal communication skills
