RBT/BT role owning direct therapy for children with autism at scale in our HuntersvilleCharlotte area sites. You’ll learn under BCBA supervision and participate in on the job training that leads to certification. You’ll join a team dedicated to evidence based intervention, family collaboration, and a supportive professional development path. What You'll Do9

  • 1Build skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness in children
  • 2Learn directly from BCBA supervisors to apply licensed behavior analytic therapy
  • 3Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
  • 4Complete daily progress notes documenting intervention implementation and progress
  • 5Work with children to promote ongoing skill development and positive peer interactions
  • 6Celebrate milestones and support families in recognizing progress
  • 7Create a safe, engaging environment that supports learning and growth
  • 8Contribute to a collaborative clinical setting through teamwork and communication
  • 9Maintain adherence to program guidelines and ethical standards

Requirements6

  • 1Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2No experience required; on the job training and RBT certification support provided
  • 3Willingness to participate in on the job training and development programs
  • 4Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and clinical staff
  • 5Availability for a Monday through Friday schedule
  • 6Ability to pass a background check and meet site safety requirements
