What You'll Do10
- 1Build an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication for children
- 2Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to deliver therapy that transforms lives
- 3Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
- 4Complete daily progress notes detailing intervention plan progress
- 5Work with children to promote skill development, peer interactions, and school readiness
- 6Celebrate milestones and engage families in celebrating progress
- 7Maintain accurate records and follow treatment protocols
- 8Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality, consistent therapy across sessions
- 9Participate in in-center celebrations, team-building activities, and ongoing training
- 10Support a caring clinical setting that prioritizes safety and positive outcomes
Requirements10
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Onsite Charlotte/Huntersville NC facility
- 4Willingness to pursue RBT certification with employer support
- 5Ability to work Monday through Friday
- 6No prior experience required as training provided
- 7Commitment to inclusive, child-centered care
- 8Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 9Basic eligibility for employment in the United States
