What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to patients in home, school, and community settings, following BCBA-designed treatment plans.
- 2Implement treatment protocols with fidelity, covering toilet training, communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
- 3Prepare and organize program materials to support each patient's individualized goals.
- 4Document patient progress and session notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for BCBA review.
- 5Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure quality, consistent care.
- 6Adhere to Headway ABA policies, including ethical standards and confidentiality.
- 7Communicate notable patient behaviors and progress to the supervising BCBA.
- 8Collaborate with families and care teams to generalize skills across environments.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma (relevant college degree or coursework preferred).
- 2RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- 3Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred).
- 4Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
- 5Commitment to maintaining RBT certification and adhering to BACB guidelines.
