You work directly in family homes, implementing plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). What You'll Do6
- 1Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism.
- 2Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement therapy plans that transform lives.
- 3Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor client outcomes.
- 4Complete daily progress notes tracking intervention plan implementation and client responses.
- 5Work with children to develop functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness skills.
- 6Celebrate client victories and milestones, providing positive reinforcement and support to families.
Requirements5
- 1At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2No prior experience required; paid training covers RBT certification.
- 3Willingness to obtain RBT certification within the training period.
- 4Ability to work part-time hours from 1:30pm to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- 5Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Conyers, GA area.
