What You'll Do10
- 1Lead full audit engagements for banking and capital markets clients, from planning to final opinion.
- 2Drive team execution of auditing methodologies and compliance with GAAP and GAAS.

- 4Build data analysis strategies using AI platforms to interpret financial data and pinpoint risks.
- 5Review financial disclosure reports and analysis to ensure clarity and completeness.
- 6Coach team members, giving actionable feedback to sharpen their audit skills.
- 7Monitor financial trends and translate them into audit risk assessments.
- 8Confirm compliance with regulatory and governance processes, safeguarding data integrity.
- 9Champion adoption of AI and other audit technologies to improve delivery.
- 10Onboard new clients and manage relationships, identifying opportunities for expanded assurance work.
Requirements10
- 14+ years in external audit, with a focus on financial statement audits.
- 2Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3Active CPA license from any state.
- 41+ years of experience managing audit teams and client relationships.
- 51+ years applying GAAP and GAAS in audit engagements.
- 61+ years using data analytics tools for audit testing and reporting.
- 71+ years of experience in the banking and capital markets industry.
- 81+ years of experience with audit software such as Aura or eAudit.
- 9Proven ability to mentor and develop junior auditors.
- 10Willingness to travel up to 20% for client sites.
