What You'll Do8
- 1Mix classic and innovative cocktails following recipes
- 2Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- 3Verify guest identification for legal drinking age compliance
- 4Engage guests warmly and provide detailed menu recommendations
- 5Maintain a clean and organized bar area adhering to sanitation policies
- 6Collaborate with a team to multi-task during high-volume shifts
- 7Attend training sessions before active floor shifts
- 8Scale beverage preparation processes efficiently
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Passion for hospitality and team collaboration
- 4Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive motions
- 5Ability to lift 35 pounds and carry trays
- 6Reliable transportation available
- 7Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace
