What You'll Do9
- 1Own and close the bar responsibly ensuring timely setup and stocking of all beverages and supplies.
- 2Prepare and present drinks using standard recipes while maintaining portion control and clean presentation.
- 3Process payments accurately verify IDs for alcohol service and handle cash changes.
- 4Maintain bar cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- 5Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve the perfect game.
- 6Upsell beverages and promote menu items to increase revenue.
- 7Manage inventory by cutting and storing fresh garnishes and perishables.
- 8Lock down equipment and deposit cash securely while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- 9Demonstrate Courage Resolve and Respect by handling urgent situations professionally.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified professional
- 3Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and remain mobile throughout the shift
- 4Strong time management and prioritization skills
- 5Previous bartending experience or equivalent hospitality role
