What You'll Do11
- 1Build strong relationships with guests by delivering exceptional service
- 2Design and execute cocktail menus that align with brand identity
- 3Train new hires on alcohol service protocols and company policies
- 4Maintain clean and organized bar area including inventory management
- 5Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction scores
- 6Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- 7Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize shift performance
- 8Mentor junior staff through shadowing and hands-on coaching
- 9Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and safety standards
- 10Develop creative solutions for high-volume service situations
- 11Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and morale
Requirements11
- 1Provide high-level customer service with exceptional attention to detail
- 2Demonstrate ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments
- 3Hold current TIPS certification preferred
- 4Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Show previous bartending experience with proven track record
- 6Maintain physical stamina for extended periods on feet
