Overview
We seek an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team at White Lodging Services Corporation. This role involves delivering high-quality bar service and crafting cocktails while thriving in a high-energy upscale environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive drink recommendations
- 2Maintain a clean organized bar station completing daily cleaning and side work
- 3Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu beer and wine selections ingredients preparation methods and garnishes
- 4Ensure consistent food and beverage quality meeting guest expectations
- 5Accurately process all payment methods including cash card and digital options
- 6Complete end-of-shift reconciliation
- 7Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe positive work environment
- 8Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
