What You'll Do11
- 1Manage waitlists and reservations using the restaurant’s seating system
- 2Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- 3Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations
- 4Answer phones and assist with takeout orders or general inquiries
- 5Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- 6Collaborate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth seating flow
- 7Process payments and handle cash or card transactions securely
- 8Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of To-Go orders
- 9Confirm order details and ensure proper packaging and presentation
- 10Greet and assist guests picking up To-Go orders professionally
- 11Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station
