Overview
You own the bar at Via 313 Pizzeria North Campus, crafting craft cocktails and pouring Detroit-style pizzas' beer and wine. You keep the bar stocked and guests smiling, backed by a team that values creativity and growth. From day one, you build guest loyalty with confidence behind the stick and a friendly presence. This role rewards speed and accuracy with up to $5/hr after training.
What You'll Do8
- 1Serve alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages with confidence and creativity, following TABC and Food Handler guidelines.
- 2Stock and organize the bar with supplies, liquor, beer, wine, and glassware to keep service smooth.
- 3Mix craft cocktails exactly to spec, using fresh ingredients and proper technique.
- 4Engage guests with an upbeat personality, recommending drinks and building a friendly atmosphere.
- 5Keep the bar area clean and sanitized, complying with health standards.
- 6Handle cash and card transactions, balancing your drawer at shift end.
- 7Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- 8Complete bar training to unlock higher pay and refine your mixology skills.
Requirements5
- 121+ years old, with 2+ years of restaurant bartending experience.
- 21+ year crafting craft cocktails with beer, wine, and spirit knowledge.
- 3Hold a valid Food Handler's Certificate and TABC Certificate.
- 4Bring an upbeat and responsible attitude to every shift.
- 5Work 30+ hours weekly to access benefits after 60 days.
