Overview
This position owns the guest drinking experience across three bar locations in Pittsburgh, crafting classic and innovative drinks. You join a diverse team of food and beverage professionals, working primarily Fri-Sat evening shifts. The role pairs salary with tips, earning $20-$40 per hour. What You'll Do5
- 1Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for patrons, mixing ingredients to craft cocktails.
- 2Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks while assessing preferences to make recommendations.
- 3Plan and present the bar menu, checking customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age.
- 4Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, keeping the bar organized and clean.
- 5Comply with all food and beverage regulations, staying guest focused to nurture an excellent experience.
Requirements9
- 11+ years proven working experience as a Bartender.
- 2Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- 3Computer literacy for order entry and point-of-sale systems.
- 4Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- 5Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- 6Relevant training certificate in bartending or mixology.
- 7Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
- 8Weekend availability required.
- 9Part-time availability with evening shifts.
