You will own the guest experience at Cotton & Snow Shaved Ice, crafting frozen beverages and ice cream with precision and care. As the heart of our Mall of America location, you will deliver exceptional service, process retail sales with SQUARE, and keep the shop spotless. What You'll Do7
- 1Craft frozen beverages and ice cream orders, hitting quality standards on every cup
- 2Greet each guest warmly, take orders accurately, and guide them through the menu
- 3Process retail sales on SQUARE, handling cash and card with speed
- 4Balance the register at shift end, reconciling cash drawers to the penny
- 5Scrub prep areas and sanitize equipment, meeting food safety rules
- 6Restock cups, lids, and toppings to keep the line moving
- 7Support teammates during rushes, jumping into beverage prep as needed
Requirements7
- 11+ year of barista experience in a fast-casual setting
- 2Cashiering skills with POS familiarity, especially SQUARE or Toast
- 3Basic math fluency for cash handling and retail math
- 4Food handler certification or solid grasp of food safety practices
- 5Time management skills to juggle multiple orders during peak hours
- 6Retail sales background with a focus on transaction accuracy
- 7Communication skills to greet and assist a diverse customer base
