Overview
Join our ice cream shop as a seasonal crew member, owning customer service and shop operations from order to delivery. You will handle POS transactions, prepare menu items, and maintain a clean, stocked storefront. No experience needed, we train you, and you will support a small team through peak hours. This role offers variety beyond cashiering, including setup and closing duties, with flexible part-time scheduling.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet customers and take orders, operating the POS system for accurate transactions.
- 2Prepare and serve ice cream and simple menu items following recipe standards.
- 3Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable during all shifts.
- 4Restock products, supplies, and packaging to maintain inventory levels.
- 5Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash reconciliation.
- 6Assist with various tasks like food prep or display upkeep as needed.
- 7Support team members during rush hours to ensure fast service.
