What You'll Do8
- 1Greet each guest with a smile and warm welcome, creating a first impression of Freddy's hospitality.
- 2Take food and custard orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently.
- 3Prepare frozen custard treats and beverages, ensuring recipes and portion standards are met.
- 4Maintain a spotless front counter, dining area, and self-service stations to uphold cleanliness standards.
- 5Restock supplies and verify ingredient freshness during your shift to support smooth operations.
- 6Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- 7Partner with team members to deliver orders together, balancing speed and quality.
- 8Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and glove use.
Requirements8
- 116+ years of age (18+ in California) and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for the ColdLine role.
- 3Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 4Availability to work 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
- 5Demonstrate dependable attendance and a punctual work history.
- 6Exhibit a cheerful and energetic attitude when interacting with guests and teammates.
- 7Comfort using a computerized order entry system and handling cash transactions.
- 8Commit to learning and upholding Freddy's hospitality standards and food safety protocols.
