What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards from Espresso machines and Brewers.
- 2Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, following cash handling procedures and reconciling the register daily.
- 3Stock and clean the showcase, coolers, and wine displays to maintain product freshness and visual appeal.
- 4Open and close the market daily, including weekly deep cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
- 5Respond to orders, questions, and concerns with a polite and efficient approach, resolving issues quickly.
- 6Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings, including pastries, sandwiches, and retail items.
- 7Maintain hygienic standards for personal appearance, product handling, and all work areas.
- 8Perform tasks with a pleasant disposition, supporting team members and fostering a welcoming environment.
- 9Follow all relevant health and safety standards, including proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
