What You'll Do11
- 1Manage a portfolio of delinquent auto loan accounts including early-stage and charged-off cases
- 2Review and process bankruptcy filings including Chapter 7 11 and 13
- 3File and track Proofs of Claim reaffirmation agreements and other legal documents
- 4Monitor case progress through PACER and update internal records
- 5Communicate with attorneys trustees and courts regarding case status
- 6Ensure compliance with bankruptcy laws FDCPA guidelines and company policies
- 7Identify risks and recommend actions on accounts
- 8Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready files
- 9Collaborate with legal compliance and servicing departments
- 10Drive collection outcomes within 90 days
- 11Streamline documentation workflows using automation tools
Requirements10
- 12+ years bankruptcy experience preferring auto finance background
- 2Strong knowledge of Chapter 7 11 and 13 processes
- 3Proficiency with PACER and bankruptcy tracking systems
- 4Familiarity with loan servicing or auto finance industry
- 5Valid bankruptcy license and relevant certifications
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Ability to operate in high-pressure environments
- 8Experience with creditor negotiations and debt resolution
- 9Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- 10Certification in Debt Collection Professional (CDCP) recommended
