What You'll Do5
- 1Contact delinquent automotive loan customers to secure payment arrangements and resolve past-due balances
- 2Execute outbound and inbound calls based on system queue priorities and collection strategies
- 3Document all account activity accurately in the collections system using proper codes and detailed notes
- 4Offer payment assistance and settlement options in line with written policies and compliance standards
- 5Meet performance metrics including daily call volume contact rates and payment commitment ratios
Requirements6
- 12+ years of recent collections experience consumer or automotive preferred
- 2Professional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening ability
- 3Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- 4Automotive finance or auto loan servicing experience
- 5Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset and ability to work mandatory overtime at month-end
- 6High School Diploma or GED required
