What You'll Do9
- 1Make friendly early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1-29 days past due on payments
- 2Help customers with payment setups auto-pay enrollment and account updates
- 3Assist with password resets or login issues
- 4Take inbound calls and support customers with account questions payment options title requests website login help
- 5Work up to three hours of overtime per week
- 6Attend two Saturdays per month from eight am to noon
- 7Receive clear career path in auto finance with training provided

Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree required
- 3One year of customer service experience preferred

- 7Reliable adaptable and eager to grow
