What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and tailored financial solutions
- 2Assist customers with opening new accounts, processing service requests, and completing credit applications
- 3Educate customers on digital banking tools and technology and drive adoption
- 4Refer customers to appropriate partners for specialized financial needs and coordinate multi-bank solutions
- 5Maintain compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and internal banking policies
- 6Support a schedule that may include Saturdays and contribute to a high-quality customer experience
- 7Process transactions accurately and adhere to procedures, safeguarding customer information
- 8Identify customer needs through conversation and relationship-building to increase satisfaction and wallet share
- 9Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent service and achieve team goals
- 10Promote and participate in diversity & inclusion initiatives within the workplace
Requirements8
- 16+ months of customer interaction experience (work, military, or education)
- 2Must meet SAFE registration and Loan Originator (LO) requirements
- 3Strong customer service and communication skills
- 4Ability to handle transactions accurately and follow procedures
- 5Experience building relationships and identifying customer needs
- 6Integrity and professionalism in customer and team interactions
- 7Ability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays
- 8Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)
