What You'll Do9
- 1Diagnose and repair brake hydraulic exhaust electrical cooling suspension alignment systems to specifications
- 2Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks across all lower-level technician roles
- 3Explain technical findings to both mechanical staff and non-technical stakeholders
- 4Maintain organized and compliant workspace environments
- 5Collaborate with store management on emerging repair challenges
- 6Support team development through knowledge sharing and mentorship
- 7Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
- 8Drive process improvements in diagnostic accuracy and repair efficiency
- 9Ensure proper documentation of vehicle repairs and service history
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Minimum 1 year automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair experience
- 3ASE Certification A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 Brakes preferred
- 4Section 609 certification mandatory
- 5Valid driver's license required
- 6Successful background check clearance
- 7Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- 8Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 9Physical stamina for prolonged standing and repetitive motions
