What You'll Do9
- 1Diagnose and repair brake hydraulic systems exhaust fuel ignition and electrical components suspension alignments air conditioning computers
- 2Explain technical findings to non‑mechanical customers clearly
- 3Stay current with evolving automotive technology via paid training
- 4Assist junior technicians and mentor team members
- 5Obtain and maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three categories within two years
- 6Perform flat‑rate compensation tasks to meet performance goals
- 7Maintain vehicle fleet and ensure operational readiness
- 8Collaborate with store managers to exceed service standards
- 9Document repairs and update service records accurately
Requirements7
- 1Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles
- 2Proven expertise in brakes hydraulics steering suspension alignments tire repair
- 3Current federal state and local certifications where required
- 4Strong reading writing and mathematical abilities
- 53+ years automotive repair experience or vocational program completion
- 6Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- 7Commitment to safety and quality standards
