What You'll Do11
- 1Diagnose and repair brake hydraulic systems exhaust fuel ignition and electrical components suspension alignments using industry-leading tools
- 2Explain technical findings to non-technical customers ensuring clarity and transparency
- 3Stay current with evolving automotive technology through mandatory paid training sessions
- 4Lead weekly team meetings to review diagnostic challenges and share best practices
- 5Maintain A.S.E. certification in core categories within first two years of employment
- 6Develop training modules for new hires focusing on technical competencies and safety protocols
- 7Collaborate with store managers to implement service excellence initiatives
- 8Optimize workflow processes to improve shop throughput without compromising quality
- 9Drive revenue growth by accurately diagnosing issues and recommending cost-effective solutions
- 10Mentor cross-functional teams during peak seasons to ensure consistent service levels
- 11Utilize data analytics to identify trends in vehicle repairs and service patterns
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with modern vehicle electrical systems and hybrid powertrains
- 2AWS Certified technician holding at least two professional credentials
- 3Valid driver’s license with ability to transport company vehicles safely
- 4Proven track record of resolving complex mechanical issues under tight deadlines
- 5Certified Brake Specialist credential preferred
- 6Strong communication skills for explaining technical details to diverse audiences
- 7Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- 8Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams or projects
- 9Commitment to safety compliance and adherence to manufacturer guidelines
- 10Flexibility to relocate between multiple locations within the Northeast region
- 11Passion for advancing automotive technology through hands-on experimentation
