What You'll Do5
- 1Build accurate repair orders and documentation to ensure transparent communication from estimate to final payment
- 2Schedule work, assign tasks to technicians, and coordinate service activities to maintain workflow efficiency
- 3Source and estimate parts for repairs, prioritizing safety, economy, and longevity for customers
- 4Explain services and charges clearly to members and ensure understanding of repairs performed
- 5Review all repairs at point of sale and ensure customer understanding across all transaction phases
Requirements5
- 1Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 33-5 years industry experience in auto repair
- 4Automotive Service Excellence certification desired
- 5Strong math and computer skills with experience using business software
