What You'll Do6
- 1Arrange and/or administer transportation for customers during vehicle repairs via rideshare, rental, or company vehicle
- 2Create, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are unavailable
- 3Receive parts and process returns
- 4Answer phones and assist with invoicing and processing payments as needed
- 5Support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents within the location
- 6Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service industry
- 3Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- 4Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 5Ability to lift up to 40lbs and sit/stand for extended periods
