What You'll Do11
- 1Pick stage and safely deliver parts to proactive customers
- 2Collect returns and cores on a weekly monthly basis
- 3Drop off sales flyers while highlighting current promotions
- 4Manage credit accounts and provide CPP insights during deliveries
- 5Assist in upselling and cross-selling to boost transaction value
- 6Maintain store cleanliness including floors bathrooms facing parking lot
- 7Stock general inventory truck back stock and conduct cycle counts
- 8Track product inventory and new arrivals to support sales
- 9Engage walk-in customers to recommend appropriate parts or services
- 10Operate delivery board system and navigate safely
- 11Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and leadership
Requirements10
- 1Safe driving and navigation ability with valid driver's license
- 2Friendly persuasive communication and customer service orientation
- 3Ability to read safety rules procedures and parts catalogs
- 4Basic math proficiency for calculations in all units
- 5Willingness to work flexible days evenings weekends
- 6Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds
- 7High school diploma or equivalent education
- 8Prior automotive parts experience preferred
- 9Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment operation
- 10Experience with credit account management and customer relationship building
