- 9Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
- 10Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services

Requirements11
- 1Safe driving and navigation ability
- 2Ability to use delivery board system
- 3Friendly and persuasive communication
- 4Safety knowledge and skills operating inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment
- 5Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
- 6Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- 7Essential Job Skills Speaking and writing English (Spanish a plus)
- 8Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- 9Use basic math accurately with whole numbers fractions and decimals
- 10Willingness to learn new products and sales techniques
- 11Prior experience in automotive parts preferred
