- 9Manage inventory and handle transactions using advanced computer systems
- 10Participate in incentive programs offering commissions and additional benefits
- 11Travel between branches as needed to support member needs
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of sales experience
- 2Proven sales performance with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets
- 3Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin proficiency preferred
- 4Strong customer service orientation and adaptability
- 5Experience in insurance retail hospitality or call center environments
- 6Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
- 7Experience with computer systems and AAA products
- 8Commitment to teamwork and flexible scheduling including Saturdays
- 9Valid driver's license and bonding/P&C licensing if required
