Member Experience Analyst
Overview
AAA Club Alliance seeks a skilled Member Experience Analyst to lead investigations within the Special Investigations team. This role drives population analysis and evaluates misuse of benefits to ensure compliance with standards. Responsibilities include preparing reports and collaborating across departments to resolve issues efficiently.
What You'll Do11
- 1Analyze membership populations to identify patterns for targeted investigations
- 2Investigate emergency roadside assistance benefit misuse using data sources
- 3Conduct thorough investigations and document findings for the Membership Review Committee
- 4Prepare case reports and maintain accurate records of resolution outcomes
- 5Coordinate with Call Receiving Dispatch and other teams to gather evidence
- 6Track case turnaround times and implement improvements where delays occur
- 7Write SIU analyst letters and coordinate member response reviews
- 8Provide feedback on trends related to benefit misuse to leadership
- 9Assist supervisors with criminal activity inquiries for legal teams
- 10Interpret policies and communicate them clearly to peers and members
- 11Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Associate’s degree preferred
- 3Minimum 3 years of related experience
- 4AAA, Membership, and Emergency Roadside Assistance experience strongly preferred
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and investigative research tools
- 6Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- 7Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 8Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 9Experience with conflict resolution and professional interactions
- 10Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Salary Insight
$56 - $79k per year
