- 2Apply six-step diagnostic methodology to resolve vehicle concerns accurately
- 3Research product solutions using dealer databases and technical resources
- 4Follow up on open tickets to ensure complete resolution
- 5Maintain customer satisfaction through precise technical support
- 6Communicate findings to Quality Engineering and Technical Advisor teams
- 7Document ticket statuses following established protocols
- 8Contribute feedback to enhance internal processes
- 9Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and specialized automotive tools
- 10Operate within dynamic scheduling framework across weekdays and Saturdays
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service outcomes
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Minimum 1-2 years automotive repair experience or technical trade school certification
- 3ASE Certification obtained within first 6 months of employment
- 4Strong understanding of advanced diagnostic processes
- 5Familiarity with North America product lines and technical documentation
- 6Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- 7Basic computer proficiency including keyboarding skills
- 81-2 years experience with electrification technologies (BEV/PHEV/Hybrid)
- 9Knowledge of automotive service excellence standards
- 10Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
