Overview
Own store operations, customer experience, and service quality at a large multi-location tire and auto repair chain. Lead technicians, enforce policies, and drive safety and efficiency at a Fort Lauderdale area store. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead technicians and mechanics to complete repairs safely and efficiently
- 2Schedule technician workloads and manage external orders to meet timelines
- 3Ensure quality control and timely completion of jobs while maintaining safety standards
- 4Assess customer needs, communicate repair options, and drive customer satisfaction
- 5Direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to optimize shop throughput
- 6Drive sales initiatives by recommending necessary services and tire options to customers
- 7Uphold store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across operations
- 8Coach team members on best practices and provide on-the-job training
- 9Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Requirements5
- 118+ years of age
- 2Authorized to work in the United States
- 31 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform duties
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Ability to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL and adapt to a retail automotive environment
Salary Insight
$40 - $65k per year
