Automotive Assistant Manager, Automotive Service & Tire Retail Orlando
Overview
Own operational leadership at a high-volume tire and automotive service center in Orlando. Lead a team of technicians, coordinate service workflows, and ensure safe, efficient shop operations at scale. Collaborate across parts, service, and sales to meet customer expectations and drive business results. This role combines people leadership with hands-on service management and customer engagement to differentiate our store. What You'll Do10
- 1Drive daily shop operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
- 2Lead technicians and schedule work to meet customer needs and quality standards.
- 3Oversee safety compliance and enforce store policies and procedures.
- 4Engage customers, assess needs, and communicate recommended services and maintenance.
- 5Direct workflow of mechanics, alignment techs, and tire techs to maximize productivity.
- 6Support sales initiatives by assisting customers with tire selections and under-car services.
- 7Monitor and improve service quality metrics and customer satisfaction.
- 8Coordinate with store manager on staffing, inventory, and external orders.
- 9Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- 10Support open interviews and onboarding to build a strong team.
Requirements3
- 1At least 18 years old
- 2Authorized to work in the United States
- 31 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
Salary Insight
$40 - $65k per year
