Service Manager, Tire & Fleet Support in Orlando
Overview
Own the service operations for a leading tire provider serving Florida since 1968. You will manage service calls, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a team in a fast paced environment. You'll supervise commercial tire services for trucks and farm equipment plus a full range of passenger and light truck services. This role combines hands on leadership with a focus on quality service and process improvements.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead service calls and log all activity on the dispatch sheet to ensure accurate tracking
- 2Handle phone sales and walk in customers to grow service revenue
- 3Create work orders for service calls or deliveries and ensure proper merchandise pulls from the warehouse
- 4Coordinate with the team to meet customer service goals within 90 days
- 5Log and document service work to maintain accurate records
- 6Supervise shop operations on Saturdays as needed
- 7Provide guidance and support to technicians to improve efficiency and quality
- 8Drive customer service initiatives to positively impact satisfaction and retention
- 9Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the service area
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 1 year of management experience
- 2Valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain one
- 3Must pass background check and pre employment drug screen
- 4Experience with service calls, dispatching, and work order creation
- 5Knowledge of pneumatic tools, tire servicing, and vehicle systems including brakes and suspensions
